We expect candidates to

Writing with ease: the ability to tell stories and build engaging messages
Photograph taking and selection skills
Basic photo editing (contrast, color, cropping)
Ability to prepare briefs, shot lists and simple video scripts
Efficient publication and basic tool management: Meta Business Suite, TikTok/IG/FB, scheduling
Ability to respond to comments/messages (or collaborate with a community person) in a humane and brand-aligned manner
Teamwork skills (marketing/sales) and gathering information for content
Basic knowledge of analytical tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite
Punctuality, good work organization and the ability to work "from idea to publication"
Willingness to record in the field/on-site (if applicable) and flexibility on event days
Portfolio (links to reels/tiktoks/realizations; even a private account if it shows skills) - welcome
Basics of advertising in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads - welcome
Ability to record video materials (phone/camera) with attention to framing, lighting and sound, as well as to edit short forms using tools such as CapCut, DaVinci or similar.
Higher education
Category B driving license

The main tasks of the post holder will include

co-creating and implementing the company's marketing strategy,
brand marketing: active creation and supervision of the image of selected brands,
market analysis, identifying customer needs, media monitoring,
reporting the results of advertising campaigns, analysis and recommendations.
Maintaining consistency: style, brand visual identity
content planning (ideas, scripts, publication calendar) and publication preparation
Creating content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
website content management,
SEO-based sales copywriting (e.g. product descriptions, articles, etc.),
Creating short video forms
