In the intense, professional operation of a truck fleet, efficient delivery of thick media under high pressure is crucial. RIESEL pneumatic grease dispensing systems operate using armored pumps with a 50:1 pressure ratio. They generate a maximum fluid pressure of 400 bar (5800 psi).
The design of these devices eliminates the most common workshop problems – air pockets and wasted raw material. The units (suitable for 16–30 kg and 50–60 kg drums, depending on the model) are equipped with special pressure plates and drum covers. The pressure plate steadily descends the drum as the medium decreases, drawing lubricant from the walls and squeezing out every last drop. The entire unit is mounted on dedicated transport carts, ensuring full mobility within the workstation.

RIESEL digital dispensing guns with LCD counters are used to precisely measure oils and fluids with viscosities ranging from 8–5000 mPas. These devices operate at operating pressures ranging from 5 to 100 bar and can handle media temperatures up to 60°C.
The gun's design is based on a lightweight, high-strength aluminum body, and the easy-to-read 5-digit LCD display is protected from impacts and drops on concrete by an armored rubber cover. The electronic flow meter allows for dispensing fluid in liters, gallons, quarts, and pints. RIESEL guns are characterized by the highest measurement accuracy – the digital meter is accurate to within ±0.5%. The devices are equipped with automatic anti-drip tips (auto tip) and ergonomic trigger locks activated with a single finger.

For a clean and efficient replacement of used fluids in engines, gearboxes, and differentials , the RIESEL mobile drain and extraction system (A: 0854138) with a capacity of 90 liters is designed. The device combines two oil collection methods: gravity (using an adjustable drain pan) and vacuum (through suction).
The system utilizes a Venturi vacuum mechanism, generating a vacuum in 150–180 seconds at an operating pressure of 7–8 bar. This allows for quick and hassle-free oil extraction directly from vehicle systems. The device is equipped with sturdy wheels for easy maneuvering around the workshop, and the tank emptying process is pneumatically operated, ensuring cleanliness and ease of operation.
