For one day, our shop in Lisi Ogon transformed into a modern center of expert knowledge. All thanks to MAHLE, which, in collaboration with Autos, organized an exclusive technical training course on thermal management . The event was held as part of the THERMONATOR TOUR.
As a leading distributor of truck parts and workshop equipment , we understand that the dynamic growth of the automotive market presents mechanics with ever-increasing challenges, and that continuous skill development is key to the success of any modern service center. It was this very idea that led us to join forces with MAHLE and support their latest project.
The main focus of the meeting was thermal management in cutting-edge design solutions. During intensive training panels, experts focused on thermal management in both future vehicles – electric and hybrid – and traditional systems. Particular emphasis was placed on the specifics of next-generation combustion engines used in heavy-duty and commercial vehicles. The complexity of modern cooling and air conditioning systems today requires unprecedented precision from mechanics, and MAHLE, as a global systems partner to the automotive industry, provided first-hand knowledge.
The event attracted a large group of professionals, and the training room in the specially prepared vehicle was packed. The huge turnout and complete engagement of the participants clearly confirmed the high demand for specialized knowledge.
The training had not only theoretical and practical dimensions but also carried an important mission. Maciej Hadryś, one of the meeting's presenters, summed it up perfectly:
“The training was intended to support mechanics, remind them of the basics and that acquiring any amount of knowledge is a victory for them.”
Crucially, Friday's meeting wasn't a one-sided lecture. The event quickly transformed into an open discussion forum. Autos partners and customers eagerly shared their daily experiences, asked detailed questions, and, together with the organizers, sought solutions to the most common thermal system issues they encounter in their workshops. The relaxed atmosphere, carefully maintained by the organizers, fostered conversations and the exchange of opinions. Attendees were treated to delicious catering and an entertainment zone, where games played at the foosball table proved very popular.
