From September 15–19, 2025, the AUTOS headquarters hosted participants in the prestigious N!Academy program. This is the only event of its kind in Poland, bringing together specialists and representatives of companies associated with the global Nexus Automotive International group.
For five days, trainers and experts from renowned brands such as Delphi, ZF Group, Dinex, Cojali, TotalEnergies, MANN-FILTER, Knorr-Bremse, and Exide shared their knowledge and experience. The program included practical workshops and presentations on the latest technical solutions used in heavy-duty vehicles and the automotive aftermarket.
Not only knowledge – also integration and getting to know the region
The organizers also ensured that participants could better understand the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. The program included:
a tour of Toruń's Old Town and a traditional gingerbread baking workshop
a cruise on the Brda River and discovering the charms of Bydgoszcz from the water
Five days spent in Poland are not only a solid dose of technical knowledge and practical skills, but also an opportunity to exchange experiences and establish international contacts in the automotive industry.
N!Academy in Autos showed how important cooperation , continuous improvement of qualifications and openness to new technologies are in the dynamically changing world of the automotive industry.
