The report prepared by Wolk After Sales Experts presenting the situation of distributors of spare parts for trucks in Europe presents Autos as the sales leader in Poland and the fifth company in this respect on the European market.
Wolk After Sales Experts - a German independent institution dealing with the analysis of the aftermarket market in Europe, has developed a report "The largest distributors of truck parts in Europe 2014". The report presents comprehensive profiles of 216 of the largest and most important companies from 33 countries operating on the European market and dealing in the distribution of spare parts for trucks and buses. The publication was based on widely available, open sources, statistics and other materials as well as opinions of independent experts.
The report also presents the general situation of the truck industry in each of the 33 countries presented. It shows, for example, the potential of the market in terms of the number of registered trucks and buses in each of them. In addition, it accurately presents the profiles of the most important distributors operating in individual markets. We will find there e.g. countries such as Poland, Austria, Germany, Italy, England, France, Croatia, Lithuania, Romania and Portugal. The publication provides information on the number of employees, the number of branches and European countries in which a given distributor is available or has its representative office.
The main criterion determining the company's position on its home market as well as on the European market is turnover. Financial data from 2012 until the preparation and publication of the report in 2014 was used to determine the turnover.
The summary of the Polish truck market is presented by eleven companies ranked according to the amount of turnover achieved. Among the awarded suppliers, three companies represent foreign capital, the remaining eight have their headquarters in Poland. The leading position on the Polish market in the truck industry is occupied by Autos, which is ranked first, ahead of the second-ranked parts distributor by € 42.5 million.
Equally interesting is the ranking summarizing the activities of distributors, but on a European scale. Among them were the 20 best companies out of 216 analyzed in the report, from all 33 countries. There is, among others three representatives of Germany and as many as four companies from Poland. This list also includes the Autos company and occupies a high 5th place, and more importantly, it is ranked the highest in relation to other distributors representing Poland.
